Great pub good atmosphere great company one of the best in Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

Spoiled by a sweary loudmouth who was not asked to tone it down. Left early as a result.

Thank you. We were marshalling at the Remembrance parade this morning and the landlord came out to offer us coffee saying there were takeaway cups. When the first parade was completed we popped into The Plough to buy a coffee to warm up. The landlord gave these free of charge with some snacks. Lovely warm fire too. Great hospitality. Thank you.

Lovely pub, owners very welcoming and friendly, staff are lovely. Have good local bands on . Lovely food.

Went to ashby de la zouch for a night out parked car with just park brilliant Accommodation was the queens head ashby, avoid clean but not worth the money, sheep in Wolfsburg clothing Anyway the plough after exploring castle do recommend, explored town , walked down side street found the plough started off there at 11am made very welcome and my girlfriend and I decided to gi back later Had lunch round town went on pub crawl, went to dogs to book in , then had evening meal at thai restaurant opposite then went straight back to plough absolutely superb evening band on complementarity chips , good selection of beers and real ales including ciders and lagers, brilliant night brilliant people highly recommended if you want something different
