Bulls Head - North West Leicestershire

We've eaten at Bull's Head in Ashby today after a walk of fish and chips and chicken burgers. We all enjoyed our meals, which we thought was a good value. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the meals were served quickly. There was a wide selection of wines, beers and lagoons. We will definitely return.

4 meals ordered at noon they were all just ok A more two were ordered directly behind the original four meals at the same time, but the first four meals were not yet a sign of further... two meals had been eaten! A children's ice cream was ordered, we had to hunt it up! A very bad show!

After we had received a nice reception from the pub over the street, who said that there was sadly no food, but we were sure that we were looking at this facility. We sat down, beautiful place that all looked good. Tested order on the app, but... no mobile signal or WiFi. My partner went to the bar. After we waited for 5 minutes on a laptop, the other only with regular conversations, we suspected that we must be invisible, so after a short visit to the toilet (concerning how it melts bad and was far clean) we left and found another facility to eat and drink

Went for lunch and waited nearly 40 minutes for food. The meals for 3 were cold and were taken back after advising the same and a further 30 minutes wait for food that was acceptable but not memorable. 4th person in party had soup which...they said was tasty and hot but disappointing that I had to go searching for a soup spoon that did not arrive quth soup. In fairness we were offered a round of drinks on the house while awaiting the food to be returned after sending it back. Unfortunately this is the second occasion in a row where we have been disappointed, in October we visited and had over an hours wait for our meals again at lunch time.
