It is a ver cozy place, delicious and exotic menu, a lot of variety and very affordable , Appy gave us a remarkable and outstanding service always with a lovely smile and nice attitude, fast and accurate. We were two people and we had 5 dishes plus a bottle of delicious house wine and ice cream. Very affordable and nice ambience. Hardly can wait to go back. The place is worthy on any occasion .
Do not waste your time ordering delivery from this restaurant. The portion sizes are the smallest we have ever seen, especially when compared to the numerous Asian-inspired restaurants in the area. It is almost comical how small the portions are. We had to call and check if they had regular-sized to-go containers available. Furthermore, the quality of the Thai food is lacking. The Tom Ka soup was overly thick and sweet, which is not how it should be. The Red Curry, which was supposed to have notes of Cumin and Coriander, was bland. The spring rolls, which cost over $10, were only 2 inches long and came with a minimal amount of dipping sauce. We were incredibly disappointed and felt like we were being pranked. We recommend avoiding this place if you are looking for a satisfying meal or the flavorful Thai cuisine you are accustomed to.
I was recommended to visit this restaurant by a friend and was pleasantly surprised to find a decent Thai restaurant in the area. There is parking available on the side streets. The rustic and cozy interior adds to the ambiance. The staff were friendly and attentive. The Gai satay had solid pieces of chicken on each skewer, rather than diced pieces, which was a pleasant surprise. The dish was served with satay sauce. The Tom yum talay was a tasty seafood tom yum soup, although it didn't quite taste authentic. The pad thai had a nice mix of herbs and spices and was well-prepared. The Kang ka ree beef curry with potatoes could have used a bit more beef. Overall, I was satisfied with the food quality.
I have been several times. I am Celiac and always ask for broccoli without the soy and just with garlic. Tonight the server who seemed new looked incredulous when I told him I was allergic to gluten and then when I asked him about the broccoli he came back and said the chef said it wasn't possible. No explanation just no dice despite the fact that I have had it a dozen times before. Take your hard earned cash elsewhere folks and go to a restaurant where the staff are knowledgeable and the kitchen is willing to accommodate.
The food here is amazing and the place has a great vibe! The server taking our order was a little clueless when asked about gluten/dairy in some dishes, but would confidently confirm/deny it did, only to check back later and let us know it did/did not. My friend is allergic and had to be sure. It would be completely alright if the server just told us they could check and get back to us instead. Everything else was good and the place is definitely worth a visit.
