Illinois Sparkling Co. - North Utica

I had an excellent experience with this restaurant. The food was excellent and the service, as well as the recommendations from the staff, were informative and precise.

This is one of the best wineries we have ever visited in Illinois. I love their wine blends and it is a wonderful place to visit. We typically share a bottle of Mandel infusion and a cheese plate. I enjoy doing a tasting, then finding a spot to sit and relax.

Such a delicious sparkling flight! the service was excellent and relaxing in the open seating. we're back!

My wife and I went to Starved Rock State Park and visited August Hill one late afternoon. We had a pleasant time tasting different wines. One of my reds was very good, and the other two decent. My wife had a good rose and two good whites. We bought two bottles when we left.

We enjoyed the wine on the hill event, well managed socially distanced area for an outdoor concert. Great JOB! The wine bar/store was also well managed as well.
