Dixy Chicken - North Tyneside

No surprises to be had here, the chicken is decent, juicy and you get enough to provide a filling eat. I did go back very late one evening during the middle of the week and was rewarded with additional chicken for no extra charge, which was nice!

Ordered here at 9 for 10 delivery food was the wrong order rang back again got the run around saying orders got mixed up that we would get another on way. Rang back saying they didn't have enough food to meet our order offered us other food in return which was a disgrace chicken was white as out absolute joke. Wudnt care felt sorry for the manager who is obviously doing his best let down by idiots don't eat here!!!! Total joke

Been few times here, I had the same issue twice is quality of chicken was very hard,cold and not fresh to eat... couldn't eat them chicken wings and had to bin them, waste of food never go there again

I have visited this restaurant about 5 times and have never had any complaints. The food is hot and delicious, and the staff is friendly. The seating area is always clean and the prices are reasonable.

After placing my order, my party waited for 10 minutes. During this time, we observed the staff coughing over the food, not wearing hair nets, and displaying unfriendly demeanor. When I finally received my food at home, it was cold. I was severely disappointed with the overall experience. Additionally, the restaurant appeared to be in need of a thorough cleaning.
