Food took very long, and was still ice cold .. if you're gonna make the customer wait at least provide fresh hot food

Was not spoken to when given my bag. Food was handed out of the window. I said thank you, then the drive-through person said thank you.

Ordered a large chicken rings and large strawberry shake. Got to the housey chicken rings were two toned. Overcooked and undercooked Due to the fact whoever prepared them didn't shake the fry basket. So they were stuck together and under and overcooked too. How do you fry an item and do not shake the fry basket. Will never eat here again, I just don't understand how this cooking error occurred. When you drop fries chicken etc after 2-3 minutes you're suppose to shake the basket to allow food to separate and cook evenly.... Do not eat here or check your food before you drive off PLEASE..

I wouldn't feed my enemies dog from this white castle. This location needs too be inspected randomly by the department of health. Please shut them
