Cheeky Chocolate - North Strathfield

A friend and I popped into cheeky chocolate for afternoon tea, we had coffees and shared a slice of Nutella cheesecake, it was divine. Beautiful quiet atmosphere and quick service

Went with a friend for cake and cocktailWe Received the menus and was seated.... And that was it in terms of service....No one came to take our order after 15mins so we walked up to counter.Waited 10 mins for lady to ask what we wanted..... The ppl in the kitchen just stood around while the 1 lady out front made drinks and taking our order......Worst of all, the cakes weren't even good quality..... I had chocolate brulee and friend had a cake on display..... Everything looked pretty but that's it....What a shame..... I love chocolate and thought this would be my new hang out venue.....

Had a Groupon high tea voucher - was affordable and food was ok however customer service was horrible! took nearly 15 minutes for waiter to take drinks orders which had to be from a certain section of the menu and once we had finished our food took over an hour for a waiter so to come back to take our 2nd drinks order (included in voucher), the waiter we originally had made eye contact several times and saw we were finished and then left as her shift had finished - new waiter still did not see to us so we walked up to counter to be ignored for 5 minutes before he bluntly said our drinks had to be tea, and under $5 which only left the very basic variety. this same waiter at a previous occasion was rude and nearly abusive to my mum who wanted to buy a chocolate gift back in my presence. Food was decent however there was no menu or listing of what food was given so had to blind guess what we were eating and had no choice in food all sandwiches had meat even though i specifically said on the booking I was vegetarian and to leave out the meat (did not ask for replacement). Iced chocolate was full of ice to fill cup. Food was decent but would not come back due to bad service from both waiters.

OMG!! DO NOT GO HERE WITH A SCOOPON OR GROUPON voucher!!We arrived to be told can only order a few things from the menu - Cannot order from the glass window where all the nice desserts are!Out of all the things we wanted from the 'selected' menu, most of the things were not available!! We couldn't believe it!!!! There were only 3 or 4 things to choose from on their menu!!Such a waste of money!My belgium hot chocolate tasted like hot water....just grose!!DON'T waste your money! Sorry 'Cheeky Chocolate', but you need to up your game if you want customers!

I've been before and the coffee and cakes were great - service bearable. One male staff member was great - the rest were seemed like they were not happy to be there. This time, the service lady was so rude I got up and walked away- it was like I was a huge inconvenience to her, and I was interrupting her slacking off time! Never again- you lost me!
