The Golden Horse - North Somerset

Tried to place an order for lunchtime however it seems they either do not answer their phone or they are closed. There is no website or online menu, making it very difficult for the customer to get information. It's very poor not to have an online presence for this type of business. I cannot comment on food as I could not place an order.

I have searched high and low and i can't find a menu for your restaurant on line. AllI can find are some dodgy photos! How is a prospective customer such as myself meant to order?

Second visit after restrictions eased. A pleasure to be able to return. Food and service excellent This is a restaurant we have been too many times.

Not sure if the place is under new ownership or that it was simply the sheer amount of orders they probably had but we ordered food at 18:00, was told wouldn’t be ready until 20:20. Got there at 20:20 only to be told the order still wasn’t ready and nor would it be for an hour or so minimum! We weren’t prepared to wait for another hour in the hope that our order may or may not be ready (was supposed to be tea for us and an 8yr old) and we cancelled. Shame as the food is very nice and service is normally very good. Would recommend them but they need to improve service.

I placed an order for my food the night before New Year's Eve to be ready for pick up at 7:50 pm. It is now 9:15 pm on New Year's Eve and I am still waiting for my food! Although the food is delicious, the service is a disappointment with a rating of 0 out of 10.
