Contribuiți la feedbackI tried the Wednesday special at this restaurant and was very impressed. The portion size and quality were excellent. I added the scallop starter and it was definitely worth it. The atmosphere was lovely and the owner and staff were attentive. I can't wait to go back, definitely worth a visit!
It is unfortunate that we visited this restaurant before COVID, as it was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. However, we were disappointed to find that the cobra beer was old and flat, and the curry lacked flavor and spice. On the positive side, the lamb dish was exceptional and one of the best we have ever had. Overall, it is recommended to bring your own bottle of wine to complement the meal.
We decided to visit Hussains after reading many positive reviews online. As locals, we were looking to try something different. We opted for dishes from the regular menu rather than the Sunday set menu, as we felt this could impact the quality. The poppadoms and pickle tray seemed overpriced, especially considering only one pickle was provided per person. The service was generally poor. I ordered a dish from the Tandoori section, expecting it to come with salad and mint sauce as advertised. However, the dish turned out to be a curry instead, and the salmon was tough, dry, and inedible. Despite only taking a few bites, no one checked in on how my meal was. When I mentioned the mistake to the staff, they seemed uninterested and only waived the charge for the dish I couldn't eat as if doing me a favor. Other items, like the beans and naan bread, were mediocre, and refills on beverages were not offered, with our initial drink order being forgotten. The only positive aspect was that we weren't charged for the uneaten dish, and the beer was enjoyable. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. With so many Indian restaurants in Weston, I would recommend looking elsewhere to save both time and money.
That was delicious. I had the cocktail chicken kebab for my starter, prawn corma for my head with cocos rice. I also had a side of saag aloo. we came for the deal on a Wednesday and really enjoyed our eating. best Indian in...Weston hands down. recommend in any case
I bought my boyfriend here and we experienced a lovely time, with delicious food and great service. Until they tried to get me drunk
