Cadbury Garden Centre - North Somerset

Awful customer service. Told I couldn't pay for my meze cakes upfront and would have to find the table, add them to a plate, and queue up again (no sign to indicate this). I was holding a small child at the time and couldn't hold both for the time it would take to queue again; so had to go without with a now crying child.

Awful stay away unless you want your kids to be served raw chicken goujons. Not even an apology staff said what do you want more or money back

The food was really good except I would like more healthy options. Especially more vegan options. The floor staff couldn’t control the flow of customers when it got really busy.

Pre cooked food is never very good. The only thing fresh about the breakfasts were the poached eggs. Unfortunately the eggs Florentine were cold. £35+ wasted. Why do we bother with garden centre breakfasts. We surely don’t want cooked breakfast that can appear in well less than 20 minutes. I would rather wait for something fresh, especially at these prices. Try very hard not to go again. At least the coffee was hot, not like the previous occasion.

I went to the coffee shop and while we were in the queue one of the servers took some blue kitchen roll and blew her nose twice, we watched and waited for her to go and wash her hands but she put the tissue in her pocket and started serving the customers. I mentioned it to one of the ladies serving that she should go and wash her hands as she was breaking hygiene standards but nobody was interested, other customers also commented but nothing was done. I went to the customer service team who were more than happy to deal with my complaint. I find it absolutely disgusting that she would not wash her hands and I Will Not be going back there for food!!!!!!!
