The coleslaw was not KFC coleslaw, looked like something substituted from Costco!! The coleslaw had chunks of carrot in it instead of shredded, never seen that...

Lol because it totally takes 20 mins to make one item, what’s the point of a drive thru if you send everybody to the front and make them wait?

I went through the drive thru tonight and I'm disappointedI ordered a big crunch combo with the poutine.

Typical KFC, excellent chicken, was fresh, salads good, fries were fresh also. Had dinners for 2 and 3 piece meals. Fast service.
