Dunkin' - North Ridgeville

Yikes! My daughter went to Dunkin' for me, and I'm not sure what she brought back. I ordered an English muffin with egg, cheese, and bacon, and it was almost inedible. But the real disappointment was the hash browns—they were burnt and completely unappetizing. What a waste of money! Seriously, would you actually eat this? I would drive 50 miles before visiting this location again. My daughter ordered and paid ahead, but when she went to pick it up, they tried to make her pay again for this terrible food. Buyer beware—this place might make you feel sick!

This location is definitely one of the best! My coffee is always made perfectly, and the staff here is incredibly friendly and personable. They are also very quick and efficient.

It seems like they just don't want to make your coffee correctly or add whipped cream as it should be. When you request a correction, they respond as if it's a problem. This location is disappointing.

VERY weak coffee. Employees made no effort to give us a fresh cup instead we had to buy a shot of espresso which tasted like poison and made the coffee even worse. Employee tried to say other Dunkin's machines were not calibrated and coffee shouldn't bestrong. What!?!? This coffee didn't even come close to Dunkin standards ....maybe they need to try a cup. Lol. Do not go here!!Go to the new location off 480 and Crocker/Sterns!

Asked for 2 dozen assorted donuts. How are these even an assortment? And the 2 taken were from hungry kids that they ended up thinking they were gross anyway. Very disappointed!
