Taco Bueno - North Richland Hills

Not happy that when I got home, I saw that my nacho salad didn't have chili sauce. Easily the worst one I've had. Please reach out. The team tonight was a sad bunch. Asked for my drink to not have ice more than once and still had it in my drink. What could've been a nice experience was just a rude one from start to finish. It didn't even matter that I had a coupon. I'm severely disappointed.

Did not receive what I ordered. I ordered at the drive through. I told them I wanted a bean and beef burrito. They said “a bean burrito?” No, a bean and beef burrito. They said “oh, a beef burrito?” No, a bean and beef burrito. They said “that’s called a combination burrito!”, with some newly found attitude. I said I also want the nachitos. “A side of queso?” No, the nachitos. “Ok please pull forward.” I drove up to the window, pay, then they handed me my bag of food, and there is only a burrito and a side of queso inside. I told them, I ordered a burrito and nachitos. The lady looked at me like I was crazy, then talked to the other worker, asking what happened. Then took the bag they gave me back to fix the order (not sure they’re supposed to take food back after it’s out of their hands, but I just wanted it to be fixed). It only took about a minute, they return my bag of food to me. I drive away (mistake). When I reopen my bag of food, all that is in there are the nachitos and a side of queso… they took my burrito back, after it left the restaurant and was in my vehicle. Of course I didn’t mess with it in any way, but that surely can’t be the right protocol on their part. Long story short: I ordered a burrito and nachitos. I told them multiple times and still didn’t receive what I ordered. I like TB but this is my first time at this location, and probably my last.

I know it's been a hot minute since I use to eat here often, but within a week time from when we did a food run here with my sister, the tacos shrunk dramatically in size usually takes 3 tacos n nephew would be stuffed this time it was like 6 tacos. The size comparison was obvise at even looking at it that the tortilla for one was was about 2 inches shorter then Normal and the stuffing inside was hardly anything in there. When we just asked a question to the girl who rang us up we received a dirty look like we don't know what we were talking about, then the manager insisted on jumping in with a snotty tone, not even giving respect to the customer to look at them said we were wrong and that it's always been a Lil 4 to 5 inch taco (soft taco) so when we got home I surprisingly had one from last week (my bad I'm bad about cleaning out the fridge on trash day) and measured it and low and behold we were right cause the one from last week was about 2 inches bigger and was loaded compared to the one tonight. What a shame, now I remember why we quit going to the one on rufe snow... so be ware, check your food!

I had a delivery order with quite a few modifications on it and they got all of them AND when I had a special pregnancy craving request the said BET and gave me a ton. Great service and food tasted great. Ty yall made my night!!!

Wish they'd take better care with the crunchy tacos. If I wanted soggy, I'd order soft ones lol.
