I went to your North Richland Hills location tonight. I'd never been to a Chipotle before and was lost. Your host Luke sensed I was a first timer my GOD he was so so nice he showed me how things work and gave me Vegan Meat samples the Tofu is Perfect! Luke's coworkers are just as nice as he is! I had to let you know what Awesome people you have representing your company because I'm African American and weare sometimes hesitant about entering new environments because we don't know what to expect so it's beautiful to be welcomed and respected. And your food is Great! Thanks Luke for such a Pleasant Experience.

I had actually stopped eating here altogether awhile ago, but I wanted to jump on here and say that I now come here at a minimum of once a week. Your quality of food has improved and I think your staff is great. Side note: that new asado chicken is really good

I enjoy Chipotle; however, the Rufe Snow location is slipping a bit in regards to cleanliness. Really wanting to see food counters kept clean and sit down tables wiped down for guests.

Portion could be a tad more on rice and beans. But it is so good!!! Staff was kind but no smiles. Probably tired and ready to go home by the time I got there. 3pm. It tasted wonderful. The drink was good.
