This restaurant is consistently excellent! It is clean, with attentive staff and delicious food. The chips and queso are addictive. We called ahead and were promptly seated. I always order the La Gran Parrillada de Guadalajara, which includes grilled chicken, beef fajitas, shrimp, pork carnitas, borracho beans, rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, and baked poblano peppers with melted jack cheese. The food is always cooked perfectly and served sizzling. My friend tried the chimichanga and even though I don't usually like them, it was amazing! I can't wait to go back!

My favorite dish at this restaurant is the shrimp tacos. We always request Bianca as our waitress because we love her smile, friendliness, and sarcasm. She really enhances our dining experience. I highly recommend everyone to request her as a waitress, she never disappoints. The prices are reasonable, but the food quality is the highlight here. Give it a try, even if it's just once!

During the pandemic, we regularly ordered takeout from this restaurant and were always satisfied with the food quality. Recently, we decided to dine in. The food was served even better than expected, but the service was slow and ended on a sour note that may prevent us from returning. There were obvious communication problems during our meal, even though I made it clear from the start that I speak fluent Spanish. When it came time to pay the bill, I had given the waitress a gift card along with my credit card as a backup, but she mistakenly charged my credit card instead of using the gift card. Despite explaining that we came specifically to use the gift card, she refused to correct her error. When I asked if this was a recurring issue, she simply said it was impossible to help us with the gift card on our next visit. We had a crying baby with us at the time, so we ended up paying on the card and leaving. Hopefully, the management will improve waiter training in the future. I'm sure some of the staff are great, but our experience with one of them was disappointing.

1st time yesterday for me and my friend..I had 1/2 order Fiesta Platter and took some home..Great portions.. Atmosphere..Service..Drinks ..AND..Food Excellent We will be returning..

The service was fast and efficient. The food was wonderful. Great tasting salsa. The 3* rating is because I was charged more than the menu price for the two items ordered. I was told the check price was correct even while showing them the menu prices. No amount of good eating and service will help when you leave with the taste of being ripped off in your mouth.
