Chicken Express - North Richland Hills

The food was cool when I got it for the totally ridiculous fees and prices that they load that they are not worth it. Going to Whataburger would be cheaper with much better service. How does a burger make a chicken stable for chicken?

This place was great until recently. The chicken tasted the last 3 times (even after the demand for fresh). Sure enough, I'll go back and see some chickens sitting there. It wasn't busy or something. They always forget something in my order, and of course we are at home and do not want to go back while our other food gets cold. The tea in the dining room tastes like they wouldn't clean the machine thoroughly. I had a problem with overload the other day. Call and leave a message for the owner and have not received a call yet. Manager Clint has no idea what he does and is extremely respectless and rude. His employee messed up and he tried to get me out of the way to fix it instead of doing the right thing. Apart from old chicken and a partly lacking order, you also get bad service with people who know nothing about their mistakes to fix instead of losing business. Apparently, the owner Randy has another chicken express in the area. Not sure what.

Bad customer service ever. He waited for 20 minutes for my job with just one car in front of me. They took 3 cars behind me and I had to watch. She said they gave my 3 pieces of meal to the wrong customer and I would have to wait 10 minutes for breasts. They gave me two little legs and one wing. I'm done!!!! Greasy zuoooo. Cain?s chicken is the best!!

Loves the chicken and the severity there. BUT... the new owner does not appreciate veterans for their service and they have stopped the courtesy discount. It is not setting the 10% discount, that is the big thing, it is its lack of appreciation for those who serve their country. I'll find another Chicken Express for my offers.

Went in today and ordered over 50.00 worth of food. When I got drink carrier I said thank you ?.no response When I asked for cocktail sauce and not tarter sauce (3 different times) said thank you ?..no response. When I asked for lemon juice and serendipity salt I said thank you ?.. NO RESPONSE My god a you are welcome and thank you for your business would have been nice but I will just take my hard earned money somewhere else next time.
