Applebee's Grill - North Richland Hills

Great customer service great bartender (Portia) she was really helpful. Will be returning soon just because of the awesome service and food

Honestly I have never eaten here, but I work for doordash and the staff here is AMAZING. Food gets out at a great time, but they are super helpful and kind. I could tell they were super busy, and they still took time to help me out. I wish I knew the guys name who helped me out, but you were the MVP along with the lady who brought the food out. Literally everyone was great. Food smelled great tho and it was hot and quick!

There are only two reasons I gave this place five stars and it wasn't the food. I hadn't been to Applebee's in ten years because I did not like their food and I still didn't like it. However, our greeter, who's name I cannot remember, but she was blonde and sweet and was a former student at Shannon HS. The second reason was our server, Andrea. She was amazing. She was thoughtful, polite and just beautiful. These two young ladies were working hard and kept a smile on their faces despite difficult customers. Applebee's is fortunate to have these two young ladies working for their establishment.

Okay, so I haven't eaten in Applebee for 30 years. In the last two weeks I decided to have delivered food from them because of their hours and I was very impressed. I have to say it. You're bone-in hot chicken wings... really good! Better than Hooters who are really not so great) and better than BJ's and some other places. Your Whiskey Bourbon Burger.... really good, it tastes like a real hamburger like something that would make you far better on your grill than Red Robin, Twisted Root... Yes, I said Twisted Root.. or many other burger sites I have been. So credit due for credit earned, good work Applebee's I am impressed!

Place wasn't awfully crowded, but service was terrible. We saw our margaritas sitting on the bar, but our 'server' was nowhere to see. The oriental salad, which is usually large, was used too much in dressage. This is supposed to be a "liter plate". We got our controls and waited again because Andrea, our waitress, disappeared. I had two $10 gift cards for Applebee 's but didn't have them with me. But after this experience I have no desire to go back. I'll give it back.
