Dunkin' - North Reading

The guy working here is a goat fr super nice and great at his jobhe deserves a raise!!!!!!!!

Didn 't tell me an order item was discontinued until I got there, even though an ad for it was playing on the tv where you would give your order. I then was asked if I wanted a wrap but I had no idea what the options were because they weren 't posted anywhere and it took them forever to get the cue.

This is the worst dunkin donuts I have found in Mass. Expect to wait in line way too long and then get the wrong order.

Waited in a line of 8 cars for about 10 minutes just to watch the girl at the window chat with with the s.u.v at the window.....it wasnt until immediately after several of us honked did the line move along. 3 cars including myself ended up leaving. once i got to the speaker to order i couldnt understand the thick accent of the employee .

Fantastic service, who ever worked yesterday was super fast great job!
