Burger King - North Randall

On 05/04/2024 at 9:54 am, I waited at the drive-thru for 7 minutes. The person taking my order kept saying "one moment." How many moments can there be in 7 minutes? I left the drive-thru at 10:03 am because I couldn't wait any longer. This is not the first time I've experienced this type of situation at this breakfast location.

It is 9:30am on a Sunday and I am disappointed that the restaurant is only accepting orders through mobile devices. I understand that this may be due to staffing issues, but I drove here and did not expect the doors to be locked. It is frustrating to be turned away for not placing a "mobile order". I hope the restaurant can provide better clarity in the future.
