I ordered a coffee. simple enough. but the car in front of me decided that it was her time to chat with the hired one. 10 minutes! I was ready to leave the line. I finally get into the window, I give the girl my money. she gives me my change and everything falls on the floor. Who hired these people? the coffee was cold. she was rude. I hate dunkin.

I ordered a coffee. Simple enough. However, the car in front of me decided it was her time to chat with the clerk. 10 long minutes! I was ready to leave the line. I finally get to the window, I hand the girl my money. She hands me my change and it all falls on the ground. Who hires these people? The coffee was cold. She was rude. Manager never there. I'm hating Dunkin right now.

The app says you get a free medium hot coffee with a purchase so I go and get a large iced coffee and they tell me I have to buy food in order to get the free medium hot coffee, so when I get up to the window to pay for my iced coffee I figure I’m getting a free hot coffee she said you already paid for that so do you want another order of food? I told her I just paid for food and I’m supposed to get a free hot coffee and I’d like a medium midnight roast they give me a medium hot coffee not midnight roast. They should explain the free when you first order and not only when asked.

Dunkin Donuts or short staffed. Left there with a coffee that tastes like caramel
