Dunkin' - North Providence

The app says they get a free medium hot coffee with a buy, so I go and get a big ice cream and they tell me I have to buy food to get the free medium hot coffee, so if I'm on the window to pay for my ice cream, I think I get a free hot coffee she said that they have already paid for it, so do they want to eat another order of? I told her I just paid for eating and I should get a free hot coffee and I would like to give a middle midnight roast to me a medium hot coffee not midnight roast. they should explain the free when they first order and not only when asked.

Not only did I not get the coffee how I ordered it but it had coffee grinds all on the bottom. Ask for only 2 creams and it's like they put 5 in it. Paid $3.02 for a coffee I couldn't even drink. Tried going back but this store moves ridiculously slow and both inside and outside was full. Take the drive further down the street to the other Dunkin

They used to has a great staff that served great coffee. For some reason the whole staff is gone and the new staff can't make coffee. 2 weeks of coffees I only had 1 good coffee that I didn't have to return. Been getting coffee somewhere else Hopefully the old staff come back soon.

There is a young lady named Shaynalyz who works at the restaurant. She is incredibly polite and always greets guests with a beautiful smile. My order is always prepared quickly and the food tastes delicious, especially the coffee she makes.

The staff is much friendlier since the pandemic. It may be due to the higher wages. There is a lot more to offer. The coffee is still excellent!
