The service was extremely slow and quite poor. It doesn't even come close to being speedy. The quality of the products was the lowest I've encountered.

The food is good when prepared correctly. However, I often receive incorrect orders for simple items. You shouldn't be able to mess up a salad! The person taking phone orders definitely needs assistance—waiting 8 minutes just to order two items feels like trying to place an online order with a slow internet connection. When the food is right, the pricing is fair, but service is just as important as quality, and unfortunately, both can be lacking at times.
