Tropical Smoothie Cafe - North Port

I usually come here all the time and I dont ever have a problem with what I want or what I order unfortunately today I asked for a specific smoothie and got a smart answer when I kindly asked if I could have the version I asked for since the one they offered I had issues with multiple times . Then the lady that handed me the smoothies had a smart remark that was uncalled for and the smoothie I got wasnt what I asked for either ….

First time visitor and we enjoyed quick and friendly service. The jerk chicken wrap had a ton of great flavor. My Bahama Mama smoothie was very good as well. The only miss was the sweet potatoes for me but they do have other side options I’ll try next time.

FALSE ADVERTISING. Their chalkboard when you come in says 1.99 smoothie when you fill out their survey. Didn't realize until the next time I came in that it's 1.99 smoothie with purchase of flatbread or wrap. Asked the guy at the front to honor it, explaining the situation- he was gonna help me out, and then the manager came in, asked what the situation was- when I explained it to her, she said yeah, it's just 1.99 with a flatbread, it says it on the receipt. She had a real nasty attitude about it too. I'm a regular customer- hope 1.99 smoothie was worth losing the business.

Great friendly service! I love their smoothies and it was a nice atmosphere to get some work done and study.

We came in at 8:45 but they are not cooking anymore. Ovens off. Very unsatisfied. Why having signes on and showing time open till 9pm?
