Denny's - North Platte

My dad took my baby and I to eat in Dennys this morning and I was blown away from our experience. the whole is very beautiful and breaks the big room. our server was the hands down the best server I had in north plate in very long time! her name is chrissy. I can't say enough about how great she did and had the sweetest quietest demeanor. she offered to take my 2 year old order immediately and it came in minutes! it was a wonderful idea when she got to eat atsy. our eating was also timely and as fresh as we hoped! many thanks for a good experience!

The sides came on the plate in their own little bowls, and the steak was cooked properly as I ordered it. it had a nice taste and there was no part of me that could not be eaten. no gristle. even the small amount of fat was chewable. the steak was dry, but it reminded me how my mother prepared it, and the taste made more than for him. I had a soda refill during the meal, so everything I give him two. I'd eat here again.

Good eating, but the service was slow due to lack of employees. the restaurant was empty at dinner, but still personal was elsewhere. dirty utensils a dab of water and a serviette cleanses them directly above. my hamburger was very good, but the regular fries had a light savory taste. paying the bill was unpleasant. the tip option were 18, 20 and 22%, why not 15?% had to quickly mathematically in my head to find the appropriate tip. what a pain! avoids the next time in the city.

I was a little skeptical after seeing all the bad reviews but our experience wasn't bad. Food was decent. My only complaint was that the cucumbers and lettuce in my salad weren't very fresh. KC was the only server and was also hosting. Only 1 other girl in sight and she was just standing or walking around with her cell phone to her ear while he was going HIGH speed. Even with all this he was very friendly, competent and profesional. Just felt management should know. A+ to KC! He is what made our visit.
