Arby's - North Platte

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and quickly met the store manager Micah. It was my first time dining here and I was impressed by the ambiance. I usually don't leave reviews, but I had to in this case.

The lady who took my order was very nice. I ordered the pecan chicken sandwich. Don't you cut it in half? The gentleman did not. That's the only thing I rated it down one from excellent.

Alexis and the team were amazing tonight. My father wasn't feeling well and wanted Arby's. Since my car's air conditioning isn't working, she made it happen and put a smile on my face. I am grateful for that. Thank you!

This place use to get 5 stars from me but they started wrapping their French Dips like a burrito instead of using the boxes like they use to. The sandwhich use to be all soft and delicious, but now that they wrap them, they just taste soggy and smushed. Why did you all switch from the little boxes. They were amazing.

Men's washroom was !filthy!, counter service person didn't have enough teeth to speak properly, and most patrons are elderly and slow. All the cheese on the French Dip was stuck to the wrapper.
