La Bamba Mexican And Spanish

Food was not what I expected. Got yellow rice with chicken and shrimp. Rice tasted like the stuff in a yellow bag you get from the grocery store, lacked seasoning. Chicken was dry and shrimp was overcooked. My friend sent his entree back twice. Other friend had the quesadilla and said it was okay. Margaritas and chips with salsa were good. I am not one to leave a bad review, but had to this time. Maybe the chef was having a bad night. Had been there before with large group but probably won't go back.

Great local spot. They have several locations and this one is terrific. Clean and colorful restaurant. Affordable and very tasty food. Best of all, the service is top notch and they are very kid friendly. Will definitely come back.

Overall, a nice place to get dinner. It has a relaxed family vibe, so you can expect moderately slow service. The food however was fresh, steaming hot, and delicious. I had the vegetable fajitas the peppers, onions, and tomatoes were perfectly grilled and the tortillas were soft and fresh. I would highly recommend La Bamba!

The inside did not have any seating left, so we were sat outside by the hostess. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. Unfortunately, we were forgotten after sitting and waited over 25 minutes. Staff did come out to help tables that were sat before us, but we were ignored each time. We had to go inside to seek someone to help us. The food was delicious, including the free chips and salsa. I love chips and salsa, they have one of the best. Great experience after getting waited on.

Fresh American style Mexican food served in pleasant surroundings with courteous, efficient service. They provide a large basket of warm fresh corn chips with mild and spicy salsas. The guacamole was fresh, mild and generous.
