Subway - North Oaks

I took a small transparent glass for water, but due to an accident, I accidentally poured soda into it. Suddenly, Brayan snatched the glass from my hand, threw it in the trash, and ordered me to leave the restaurant while threatening to call the police, accusing me of being a thief. I am now seeking legal counsel to demand an apology and the dismissal of this individual.

I checked the menu online and saw a "buy one, get one half off" deal. However, when I went to the restaurant to take advantage of it, I had to pay full price. Even after I mentioned the offer, they told me it was only applicable online or in the app, which wasn't stated anywhere. Additionally, they were stingy with the toppings. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I won't be returning—it's just not worth the price.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Stopped by this evening about 9:35pm for a couple sandwiches. Google says they are open until 10, the open sign was on, doors were locked. So I got back in my vehicle to leave, just then I see a lady come out of the back room for a moment or two, I got back out and of course she was in the back room again. I tried knocking on the windows TJ get her attention, and while doing that I saw her walk by the opening to the back room but no response. I understand sometimes places are short staffed and things happen. However I know she heard the knocking, she could have said they closed early if that’s the case, if at least turn off the open sign. Very poor service if you ask me.
