We were booked in for a stay and dine for my birthday. Unfortunately whilst on holiday my husband was admitted to hospital and we couldn't fly home in time for our booking. I contacted the Ingham Swan in plenty of time but as the room was booked on a non refundable non transferable basis they said there was mothibg they could do. Not even a good will gesture. We will never visit this restaurant again.

We were excited for a Family Birthday Celebration return visit. Guinea foul portion very mean for £34, but tasted fine. Were not offered a drink until halfway through our meal. Crab gave our Mum food poisoning, which sadly made a very rough night for her. She rang the staff to let them know but no one cared, sadly spoiling the occassion. Parking inadequate. Worst of all though was that we were not told at the time of booking that the table had a second sitting and we were hurried away. We were glad to leave which is a shame as limited places to eat locally and we are unlikely to hurry back here. Suggest Farmyard in Norwich for a better experience.
