Room Cafe - North Miami

Horrible. The older lady was very rude. Had a 20 minute wait for our food, which was okay, but when we came back, they hadn't even started on it and we're told it'd be another 20 minutes. Then we were informed that they ran out of part of our order. We ended up walking out and across the street to Denny's.

This place is fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Mabel, who even took the time to interact with my children and made us feel right at home. The food was amazing—absolutely delicious! My entire family loved it. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The food is truly excellent and incredibly affordable! You really get your money's worth here! Mable, the amazing person who runs the place, is just wonderful! I absolutely adore her! She's a sweet, petite lady who goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed.

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. The service was terrible, and the manager's excuse was that she was very busy—despite there being just one table for two already eating when I tried to get assistance. I wouldn't recommend this place at all; I ended up leaving.

I decided to visit this restaurant based on the positive reviews it received. It definitely has potential, but there were some issues. The food could have been enjoyable if it had been served hot. Unfortunately, it took the waitress 25 minutes to approach our table, despite there only being two other occupied tables. When she finally greeted us, her remark was, "WE WORK HERE." I found that puzzling. I really appreciate hot meals that are served in a timely manner, so I don't think I'll be returning.
