The service was very poor. pity because eating was good steaks and ripening. management must make some changes

Went for apps and drinks during the happy hour. some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Eating was good and drinks were somewhat weak, but the main thing was that the restaurant was heavily underused and the workers could not manage a lot of tables. we had to stay for a few minutes after we had finished eating to wait for our sack. we were clearly not the only ones who were unhappy with the speed of the service, as we noticed that other groups left before the order due to the slow tempos. the management was quite rude to us and the waitresses. we will not return.

We have been there for years, but from this last experience we will never come back. no one in the restaurants, bad service, we were no longer coleslaw (which is a basic standard when eating ribs in this restaurant) because of a busy night in the restaurant said! it was almost empty. this restaurant will probably close soon. That was bad.

St. louis ribs were delicious. fall the bone and very tasty. short ribs were also good, service was good. decent wine list. food at the price.

I had made reservation and they just sat us in a dark area.. I did not appreciated that. I have had better ribs.. before.. lacking flavor and tenderness.. Waiter was not that attentive..
