Pollo Tropical - North Miami Beach

I don't usually eat at Pollo Tropical, but during my recent visit, I found myself short on cash. Fortunately, I had Apple Pay on my phone, and to my surprise, they accept it. I was really pleased with that! Additionally, the customer service at the window was fantastic; the lady who assisted me was very helpful.

The customer service was excellent, with friendly staff who included all the sauces without me having to ask. They ensured that everything was included in my order and never rushed me at any time.

I had a minor issue with my food order. It was mostly a misunderstanding on my part, with a bit of confusion on her end as well. However, the manager addressed my concerns effectively. They provided an excellent explanation and resolved the problem swiftly. I was very impressed with the management team!

I absolutely love Pollo Tropical for their delicious and clean grilled chicken and sides. However, I've noticed that when it comes to pickup or delivery, things can sometimes be missed, like the sauces I requested or a side item being forgotten. It's always a good idea to double-check your order before you leave!

The service wasn't great; I waited almost 20 minutes with just one car ahead of me. When I asked about the delay, they just looked at me and didn't respond. The food is still excellent, which is the only reason I actually keep coming back.
