Dunkin' - North Miami Beach

My family and I were craving Dunkin' Donuts because it advertised being open 24 hours. We drove a long distance to get coffee and donuts, only to find that they were closed.

I visited this restaurant on a Monday at 9:10 a.m., but found the doors locked. I was disappointed to receive no attention from the staff, even when another potential customer and I stood by the door. I decided to leave this negative review in the hopes that management will take it seriously, as it seems the staff lacks concern for customers.

I recently had a terrible experience at this Dunkin' location (95 NW 167th St North Miami Beach, FL 33169). I am a regular customer who visits for breakfast every morning. The staff working today were very unorganized. We waited in line for 25 minutes, and when we reached the window, we discovered the reason for the delay. The employee at the window was preoccupied with writing most of the time. She got our order wrong, and when I tried to clarify, she became irritated and used inappropriate language. This mistreatment was unacceptable. I contacted someone who I believed to be the manager (wearing a different colored shirt) and she handled the situation better. I urge the management team to review the security cameras to address this behavior. It does not reflect well on the establishment.

The worst place they usually have no personal. it shows open, but they must go to order in auto line and come back in to get to the website inside.

This store is so close to me however a rather go to the1 state road 7..... this morning I went in there with my dad b4 going to work, to surprise it was super empty first sign not to go in there on I ignore it. I went in order 2 pumpkin spice latte 1large n 1 sml with 2 chicken croissants sandwiches with no bacon and 1 jelly doughnuts n 1 coffee roll, when I recieved the sandwiches the chicken was so cold n the croissants was not fresh I went back to the store explaining what happened they took and returned with fresh ones I thought only to realize this was WORST CHICKEN WAS NOT CHEWABLE I took it back to the store gave back to them and let them know keep it n walk out.... PLEASE DONT GO THERE WORST PLACE EVER.....
