No need to worry, as there are plenty of Wasabi locations in London. They offer a variety of vegan sushi boxes (at least three options) as well as larger bento boxes. I tried one of the sushi boxes and it was excellent. If I had to mention a downside, it would be that it was a bit lacking in protein since it solely consisted of sweet sushi.
--- I absolutely love this place! Why did I wait so long to try Wasabi? I honestly thought it would be just another chain like Pret or Itsu—don’t get me wrong, I enjoy Pret, but it's pretty bland. After returning from Paris on the train one night, I decided to give Wasabi a shot, and that turned out to be a brilliant decision! Their vegan Japanese tofu curry is incredible—seriously, do they include a warning for how delicious this dish is? I certainly didn't expect it, but I quickly discovered just how amazing it is. It reminded me of some of the vegan curries I had while in Japan. The seasoning was spot on, though I could always handle a bit more flavor! The taste was savory and well-balanced, and even the rice was cooked to perfection. I was genuinely shocked by the value I received at this fast-casual spot. Fast forward to now, and since moving to London, I find myself dining at Wasabi every week. It never gets old; it's just too delicious!
