Glad this place was on happy cow as we wouldn’t of come in otherwise. The menu doesn’t sound that vegan friendly but when we went inside a lovely member of staff explained what we could have. All the salad bar one were vegan and some lovely pastries we had a mushroom one, a olive swirl and a lovely spinach filo one. Lovely vibe. Tasty, healthy food.
I work locally and have been looking for months for a decent place to get lunch. This place is definitely it their takeout salad boxes are £5 and most of the selection is vegan and all of it is usually gluten free. The staff are always willing to go and grab the chef if they're not totally sure what is vegan and the chef is lovely really helpful and vegan 50 days of the year (for religious reasons) so knows how to cook good vegan dishes. They also have vegan items behind the counter including mushroom koubes, olive puff pastry and some sweet baked goods. They also have the best vegan gluten free chocolate orange tarts (We Love Cake brand). They also make fresh juices. The main menu isn't as vegan friendly but the chef said they're perfectly willing to remove items from their vegetarian breakfast for example and adjust the price down accordingly. I'd definitely recommend this place decent vegan food and pleasant, flexible staff.
The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and offers a variety of traditional Mediterranean dishes with vegan options. The baked spinach pies are a must-try, and there's a large selection of vegan salads. The delicious vegan cakes are a highlight, and they also serve refreshing smoothies and a variety of hot beverages. The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to ensure a wonderful dining experience.
Brick and Olive is my favorite café for brunch and lunch in Finsbury Park. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend the vegan combo for brunch, which includes delicious avocado, mushrooms, hummus, a generous slice of bread, tomatoes, and salad. They also offer a variety of dishes, including a vegan moussaka and various other options. The baklava is vegan, as are several other baked goods, all clearly labeled.
