Rally's Hamburgers - North Little Rock

While I enjoy the food at Rally's I had the worst service I have experienced in my life this past week.

I get that this is a fast food establishment, HOWEVER, I still expect the employees to show some sort of respect.

That was terrible, I'm the stupid on the loudspeaker asking me if they like on their burger, I say yes, and she still doesn't put a cheese on the burger. the pommes were cold I tried to call the number to make a complaint No one answered I am from the city and that was my first time here eating and it was disgusting high ghetto wouldn’t recommend! will not go back also asked what was frybomb and the girl in the running thru just rushed us away and would not answer our question

Ordered with Uber eats. Food was ok, main problem was short staff issue. Only 2 people working, and doing the best they could. But 2 people is simply not enough staff.

Fast service, love their mozz-sticks, semi-seasoned, thin/crispy breading, cheesy stretchy inside ? ?.My favorite sandwich is the Big Buford, just-YUM.IMPORTANT THEY USE ICEBERG LETTUCE???(I hate the lettuce most places use on burgers, its gross and limp and tastes like grass a But iceberg lettuce is crisp and fresh and if its not you'll be able to look at it and know(its just superior for burgers and sandwiches in general)I have yet to have a bad Rally's experience, but its not as good as or better than home-made, which to me would mean 5.Its just pretty good, esp. for fast food. And obv. convenient bc I don't always have the time to fire up the grill, just for my one or two burgers.
