Crazy Hibachi Company

Sad to see this ownership change and the place regress. It’s been a staple for years but I’ve tried multiple times to give them another chance and each time I’m very sadly disappointed with the service and professionalism. The manager is possibly part of the issue. He argues with customers and just isn’t very nice at all. I had an issue with my to go order this last visit and his customer service or lack there of and arguing with me of why it was made wrong was my last straw. I don’t typically right reviews especially not bad ones or get bothered but this is the worst experience I’ve had. The food is definitely not up to standard sadly either.

This place was not good, and it's definitely not what it used to be. I overheard customers leaving because there was a rat by their table. I had a side salad, and there was a hair in it. 0/10, will not be back.

Service sucked...First of all; The hibachi cook was AWESOME! However, our server was terrible. She totally forgot all of our soups and salads which are included in the exorbitant price of each meal. We were not compensated for this and no manager even addressed it with us. The restaurant was NOT busy, maybe 3 or 4 tables in the whole place. We did not see her for long periods of time and spent a long while just sitting around and waiting for her to come back.The front of house is run by inept teenagers.

Generally, we have ok experiences here. This last visit was not good. Two waitresses were arguing next to our table over who got the next table, the order was wrong and the server looked at us like we were crazy, no water refills, and the food was mediocre at best.

This is my family's go-to restaurant for special occasions. The staff is always so kind and friendly and the food is always amazing!
