I eventually asked for the mustard sauce, similar to what you find at Benihana, and they had it available. I'm not a fan of sweet flavors, so I’m not keen on the yum yum sauce. I also ordered the Louisiana roll, which was cooked. That’s fine, but I also really enjoy raw fish. I might have been in a bit of a rush, and I wish the menu offered a wider selection, but overall, I have no complaints. I appreciate the convenience of hibachi dining.

The food was absolutely amazing! My daughter's sushi roll was not only delicious but also large! We can't wait to return! Food rating: 5/5

The food here is decent, but the Monster Roll is disappointing, especially when compared to the picture. Additionally, there was no wasabi or ginger included. There's really no point in using chopsticks for this dish as it falls apart easily. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.
