Burger King - North Little Rock

My daughter birthday was on Friday 9/23 and she wanted her bk krone and the personal was amazing all in her happy birthday the young man in the window was amazing, our eating was fresh and hot thanks for her amazing service

I would like to thank them so much to the burger king hired the manager and his 1 workers it was only 2 people in there the cars wrapped around the building that I came to complain bout my long wait when I saw that it only 2 employees I felt so bad and thank them for my ordering out as soon as they could need an increase when they ask me.

It was because of the concert in the night above the street. they still held orders on the way through and in the load. I didn't hear a singing complain.

My family came in to get food and we stopped going through. we let the woman know we needed a moment. how we look at the menu and make decisions. we are constantly interrupted and rushed until we were told to drive because there are other cars. we look back, there is no one else in the line and so we moved around and chose to come and go. even then the place was empty and still no cars so was not sure why we were hurried. after all that half my eating was not fresh, the sprite was out, but didn't know until we were on the street and I had to get a drink somewhere else. So I wasn't as happy at all, as everything was supposed to be fresh and nothing should have been out.

Not sure how you have 4-5 people in the kitchen, no one in the dining room, and can't get food from the grill to the window while it's still warm, but that was the achievement tonight. The young lady at the window was pleasant, but no one is running that kitchen. It's as if the food is just a happy accident.
