Winchell's Pub Grill - North Las Vegas

This is the best bar I have ever frequent. The staff is wonderful. The food is always delicious. On Sunday I had the soul food and let me tell you, everything I ordered was on point. Great bar, nice people, wonderful staff and great dining area! Mike, Jeremy , Donna and Jeffrey, we love you!!. We love the servers also!!

Extremely cozy. The restaurant is 100% separate from the bar with full glass windows top to bottom so if you do not smoke you will not be smelling the smoke from the bar.

I typically go out for a casual dinner about two times a week. The last two visits, I was served by a new server named Cecilia. She has a bright, cheerful, and professional personality that adds efficiency to the restaurant. Cecilia always acknowledges our requests and responds with a cheerful "of course" and a smile. I have seen her handle up to six tables on her own without showing any signs of stress. The food at Winchels is always hot and freshly prepared. My favorite dish is the chicken sliders, but the Roast Beef special is also a winner. It would be nice to see some updates to the restaurant's decor and furniture due to wear and tear. Overall, great job!

The restaurant has good food and service, but the strong smell of decades of smoking is overwhelming and not filtered or eliminated. I don't mind smoking, but I had to leave last time because of it. I tend to eat at bars a lot, but this is maybe the third place I've had to leave because of the smell of smoke. I wanted to eat and gamble, but the smell of smoke ruined my appetite. It smelled like a stack of wet ashtrays.

Rob and Mike are the best bartenders, the machines are loose and it's a great time.
