Tgi Fridays - North Las Vegas

I called to see what the waiting time would be for 2 adults and a child who needs a high chair. I was told 15-20 minutes what was good. we show and put our names on the lists and we also add that we need a high chair. we wait for 20 minutes and then our name is called. when we come forward, we wait for 5 minutes, as they had the table set up and from any reason they could not add a high chair on this table, so they had to switch the dinge. so we finally sit with menus. but no one comes to take our drink order or food order. we sit patiently for 5 minutes, then 10 and then 15 o'clock. at this point we'll get on the way. the manager passes while we go and asks what is wrong. I have politely explained that no one has come to our table for 15 minutes. she offered someone to come by right away, but it was too late for that time. hopefully this location can rent more server and get better communication in front of the house.

My girlfriend and I came in tonight and ate at the bar with Ashley and James. They were both so accommodating. Both have great customer service and work very hard you can tell. The food and drinks were amazing! We will definitely be back!

Food was good. Service was good. But the food used to be great. The whiskey glaze is different, not as tasty. We always order the green bean fries as an appetizer. They were overcooked not sure if we'll order them again. Prices were quite a bit higher, though many places have increased menu prices. Enjoyable, just now as good as they used to be.

Oh my god!!! I am in love with this place!! The mozzarella sticks are very good and Sonia the sauce! Then there is the Bucket of Bones' meal that my roommate and I are in love with!! You can choose from any of their sauces for your wings and your ribs. FYI, the Dragon Sauce is a sweet sauce to die for and the apple butter sauce is a perfect second to have on the ribs! The wait staff is usually really awesome, but make sure you tell them to bring your appetizer before your meal or the kitchen staff may make everything all at once. No matter what, you can't go wrong with making this your meal stop for ANY day of the week. You will always feel like it is Friday!! P.S. the wings are even delicious as next day left overs.... Yummm!!! ?
