Drive thru is very fast employees are always very nice !!

Clean friendly atmosphere! I like the cold sandwiches, cookies and there buffalo chicken wrap.

While most of the staff is excellent, the managers are among the most unprofessional individuals I have encountered. It's hard to believe they still hold their positions.

One of the workers even pretended to have an anxiety attack and started crying when I asked to speak to the manager or someone who could help with the refund process. They told me that no manager was available and that the owner was on vacation, and neither of them ever answered their phones. The entire situation was a complete mess just to retrieve my money. Eventually, I felt compelled to call the police because they were insisting on keeping my money despite not providing my order. When I requested the owner's contact information, they refused to provide it. After involving the police and finally getting in touch with the owner, I was able to receive my refund. I will never return to this place! The atmosphere is unpleasant, the customer service is appalling, the staff is poorly trained, and the owner is unresponsive to customer issues. I've also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If I could rate this establishment, it would get -5 stars.

Subway continues to uphold its quality. I just spent $70 on five footlong sandwiches, but I'm not sure if it was worth the price compared to Capriotti's or Jimmy John's.
