Starbucks - North Las Vegas

This is my favorite location, they make my drinks perfect all the time.

This is a really nice Starbucks location. It’s clean and the employees are friendly—not uncommon—and it feels more upscale and like the employees go a step further than most.

I went through today to get the kids i nanny cake pops, as well as a drink. i come here at least twice a week since i work so close. i get up to the window and i pay, the barista hands me my cake pops and said it will take a second for my drink. he comes back to the window a couple seconds later and tells me my card declined as i literally just got the notification that my card was approved on my phone from my banking app. i told him that my phone said it approved and i was confused, he said to give him a second it may be his system. i said ok, not even a couple seconds later, the manager opens the window and starts talking to me aggressively saying it's on me and told me to deal with my bank then. she told me to keep my cake pops but i don't get my drink. so i just paid $15 for 3 cake pops. thanks starbucks.

I order 8 drinks. But 4 were not as they should. When I asked cashier at Drive thru she argued with me.

I went on July 16 2023 and it was at 2:24 and we were waiting for our drinks but they took so long and they were just talking and all the other Starbucks are faster
