Placed order at 410 and by 450 it still was not ready. This place is under-managed or does not care bc Chipotle can have your meal ready in ten minutes.

Excellent sandwich. I tried #5. Usually, get tuna. The cashier and staff were awesome, love the greetings and smiles. 6/27/22 around 530pm

This place always gets my mobile online orders wrong. I am persistently still ordering from here because this is the only place that is close to my house and every time I think they will improve. they don't. they really need to hire people who can actually read disorders. an additional star because I love jj’s, but this place is not.

The sandwich was delicious, but the amount of meat for the price was very disappointing. Compared to nearby competitors like Capriotti's, Jersey Mike's, and even Subway, I didn't feel like I got my money's worth. However, the cashier was very helpful and the service was quick. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating available. Unfortunately, you'll find much better subs at other places.

My second time ordering from this location and this time is even slower than the first! There is nothing fast going on here!
