Dunkin' - North Las Vegas

Well the the bacon wrap was missing some of the tortillas and are drinks spilt all over the bag

Pre-ordered my iced Cocoa Mocha w/ Almondmilk, hash browns, double chocolate donut through the app which was convenient. It was ready kinda close to the time I scheduled. The staff was decent at the drive thru when I picked it up but not super friendly but it was really early so can't really blame them. The only negative was they just forgot to give me a straw but luckily I have a stash of their rivals straws in my car so used one of those. The hash browns were soft delicious. The double chocolate donut was messy but good! I enjoyed the iced cocoa mocha coffee the most!

The 1st time I go and it was horrible. Customer service was poor and seemed rude. Donuts and breakfast sandwiche wasn't tasty nor did the service. I would never come back to give it a 2nd chance to impress my current feelings on my 1st time visit. Sorry don't want to blame everyone but since yall work together the crew takes in part of the management's service that I didn't appreciate. Would never go back. Sad to say.

Wait time at the drive thru sucks. I don't know if they're understaffed, over their job, or are just not attentive but they will ignore won't say anything in the drive thru speaker and wait for you to drive off.

Whoever was in the drive thru window made me feel like I was inconveniencing
