I am not a hamburger person, but this hamburger was really good. I just wish they would have more avocado to put in it. I could barely see it in my sandwich. I had a bacon avocado cheese burger.

Went to this established tonight ordered five dinners just standard routine then you order had to wait over 30 minutes we went through the drive thru had to go inside to pick up the food that was already ready there's only one worst thing in fast food cold fries terrible service

Carl's Jr has really taken a turn to the worse. They can't or won't customize your food at all claiming the system doesn't allow them to. The prices are more than a sit down restaurant. 14 for a meal and I can't remove things I dislike from it?They run ads but then in the ads claim only at participating locations... which is none. None of them participate in any of the ads... from any where. So the commercials you see, FB ads, large amount of junk mail you throw away or use to.line your bird cages... all thrash. Insane.

I just left and DeShawn was the only one working. Even though he was expected to take orders, cook and serve he did it with a smile and positive attitude. I know they are short staffed but expecting 1 person to do it all is outrageous. This young man needs a raise. I am beyond impressed with him and disappointed in Carl’s Jr. management.
