Carl's Jr. - North Las Vegas

Showed up at 8:30 a.m today. Took the drive thru and was not acknowledged. So I decided to go into the restaurant area. Had 2 employees look at me with out saying a word and left me hanging for a minute. After that I decided to leave. Mind you, they had no customers. I guess these folks do not like to work and make money

Drive thru person asked if we were paying by cash or card before taking the order. Hmmm. It sure does take a very long time to wait for your order. Going on 15 minutes after placing the order and still behind another car.

Terrible service, and lobby is as closed. Went here on 20 Feb 2020, and the sign posted on the drive thru window said open until midnight, but nobody was answering the drive thru at 11:15pm... The workers inside looked at us in the drive thru, but just ignored us for 10 minutes until they finally said they put everything away When asked about their hours being until midnight, they just said the same we put everything away already These are the people asking for $20 minimum wage...

My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I would give it zero stars if I could, but I’ll give it one because I did manage to eat. I waited for 30 minutes before going inside, only to find out that they hadn’t even started my order. After that, I had to wait for my food to be delivered to my car. Eating there felt more like a hassle than a dining experience, and it just felt like the restaurant was sitting in a parking lot. I don’t plan to return.

The staff at this place really seem to struggle! I placed my order at the drive-thru and was asked to drive around to wait for my food. After 10 minutes, I called to check on my order, but no one seemed to have any idea what was going on. It's hard to believe these are the people asking for $15 an hour. Corporate needs to step in and fix this location!
