Scarecrow - North Lanarkshire

We went to the scarecrow today for the first time first time taking our puppy out to a pub/ restaurant. The staff were so friendly especially the girl that was serving us, unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she is a credit to your company! We were advised it was busy and could wait a little, but it was fast, steady service. The food was great!! Nice and fresh. Also nice cocktails. We will definitely be back with our little pup!

We visited this restaurant for the first time today and we definitely plan on returning. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and the service was excellent. In addition, the prices were reasonable, which is a great advantage in today's economic climate. Overall, this restaurant is a great choice for the area.

I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. There seems to be a lack of management control over the staff, who can become defensive when asked about issues such as a delayed Christmas booking. It's best not to question anyone, as they may quickly become offended and escalate the situation by involving a manager who will call to argue with you. The explanation offered was that the staff are ill or not fully trained and unable to assist. It's a shame because I used to be a fan of this place. It seems like new management and more capable staff are needed to improve the hospitality experience. It's truly disappointing.

Friendly welcome from staff being dog friendly made our first visit a positive event. We just had drinks as far as drinks go it’s worth a visit. Next visit we will return for food.

It would be difficult to find any negatives at this restaurant. Every time we have visited, the food has been absolutely delicious. We have sampled a variety of dishes from the menu and have not been able to find any faults. The chef deserves praise! The staff are also wonderful - they are all welcoming, helpful, polite, and efficient. Whoever is responsible for hiring is doing an excellent job. Keep up the great work - we are truly enjoying our experiences at this restaurant!
