Mcdonald's Restaurants - North Kesteven

The muffin was overcooked and hard, it felt like biting into a brick. The only positive was that the food was still warm when I returned to my van.

I decided to order individual meals for my daughters instead of the happy meals so they could collect stickers for the big peel game. However, when I handed them the food, there was nothing to peel off.

Absolutely disgusting service every time I come to this McDonald’s I always get no service they always miss food off…..

Shocking! We ordered using Uber. Our first driver waited 45 mins there for our order and clearly got bored waiting so cancelled our order. When reordering after finding a new driver. They had also waited over an hour. Whilst communicating with the driver. They reported back to us saying they weren't exactly rushed off their feet. I know this is at no fault of the drivers. But this service from sleaford McDonald's has been appalling. Doesn't seem like anyone working there actually takes their job seriously and needs to be sorted. This is meant to be a fast food restaurant. Since when do you have to wait over 2 hours for a McDonald's. It was to late by this time to cancel and sort something else for our dinner.

The owner of this franchise over charges!! Please compare the prices to other McDonalds. Furthermore, for weeks on end they sold hot drinks below the minimum quantity required. Clever to save money on milk especially if you buy a large and only just get a regular ; This place charges 50p to add a few strands of lettuce to a burger..... 50p!! Its free at others or 10p, which is reasonable but not 50p!
