Burger King - North Judson

I would not recommend this restaurant for breakfast. Waiting in line for 25 minutes only to receive an incorrect order is not worth it. I will not be returning.

Today, my wife and I went to the drive-thru at this restaurant on 5/16/2022. We waited for someone to take our order but no one answered the speaker. Eventually, we went to the window but no one came to help us there either. As we sat there, my tire started to go flat. They should definitely close down and clean up their parking lot before anything else. I ended up paying $25.00 for tire repair and we didn't even get our food.

This place is terrible! The staff always mess up my order and refuse to give us the drinks we ask for, claiming they are short-staffed despite having seen three employees. I can finish a meal in a restaurant quicker than the service at this place.

Placed VERY SMALL drive thru order was 3 cars in front of us you could see they were getting frustrated also after 10 minutes of waiting no 1 moving in line, drove off. What a joke this place is! Fast food If you're hungry go to grocery store grab some food go home fire up grill cook it eat it and that would still be faster than this place! Pass it up, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Knox burger King is consistently understaffed. It's horrid for customers and employees. I feel sorry for them actually. Wait times are Horrendous!! 20 min, 18 min, 21 min... for a burger. Not covid prob either this predates covid. Whoever manages this place is pure scumbag . Avoid at all costs. I refuse to go there anymore even if there bacon egg and cheese biscuit is better than Mcdonald.. the run ragged employees and the 20 min wait times.. scum bag management. Honestly, I bet the owners ran check and go or cash checks here places at some point. And no, I've never worked there I'm Nota disgruntled employee. Go there and see. 2 or 3 people working at peek hours it's disgusting
