Took 40mins for a salad to come out , got sighed at for asking for water and the kitchen staff and other staff were on their phones instead of making drinks and food. Very poor service and will never be coming back here

Food took 40mins to come out, but they’re not busy and kitchen staff were on their phones. The service from staff is poor, they seem to not want to be here. Asked for water and was sighed at. Really disappointing. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40

Good service. It was quiet so that could be why they were quick. I noticed the hollandaise tasted better than the sunshine coast coffee club, maybe a different supplier.

Enjoyed a lovely breakfast today with impeccable service by all staff. However a big shout out to Lilian for her amazing service. Nothing was too hard for Lilian, and everything was conducted with a smile. Thanks to the chef for loading my plate with extra salad and not skimping on the fable mushrooms. Great start to our day.

Told to take a seat and someone will come to take our order. Waitress was very nice, however took her a while to get out to us. We ordered 2 coffees and a pre made citrus tart. Ended up waiting for 20 minutes before asking the waitress if she could check on our order. She came back and said they were prioritising our order. Ours came out after another 5 minutes and we got exactly what we ordered no serviettes though. Saw another two people just get up and leave. I think the citrus tart had been sitting in the fridge for a while, too.
